PPE is provided to all of our employees that will have contact with patients.We have implemented the following measures:

  • Maintaining social distancing of at least 6 feet in both the workplace and during home delivery/pickup, whenever possible.
  • Asking patients to complete a screening questionnaire to determine high-risk situations for our employees.
  • Enhanced cleaning procedures for all of our equipment.
  • Communicating frequently with our employees regarding the latest guidance from the CDC.Rotech is a federal contractor and certain contracts require our employees to provide proof of the COVID 19 Vaccination or provide support for an Exemption. JOB INFORMATION SummaryWe are seeking a dedicated Patient Care Coordinator for our Sleep Central Murray, KY Operations. In this position you will be responsible for contacting all patients regarding delivery of equipment, taking patient orders, verifying patient information and placing the order in a timely manner.Pay starting at $12 plus Quarterly bonus opportunityMon - Fri scheduled shift within 6am - 6pm; Possible 4 day work week with 10 hour shiftsEssential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Accurately transcribes patient profile over telephone including data entry of information and possible outbound calling
  • Obtains medically necessary documentation
  • Processes patient orders through Online Pharmacy system
  • Resolves tracking issues and reschedules shipping orders for patients
  • Troubleshoots problems based on patient input regarding the scope and/or magnitude of failure
  • Verifies orders are complete
  • Performs other duties as assigned Job Requirements: Employment is contingent on
    • Background investigation (company-wide)
    • Drug screen (when applicable for the position)
    • Valid driver's license in state of residence with a clean driving record (when applicable for the position)Education and/or Experience
      • High school diploma or GED equivalent
      • One to three years of related prior work experience in a team-oriented environment preferred
      • Strong customer service background preferredSkills, Knowledge and Abilities
        • Effectively communicate in English; both oral and written, with physicians, location employees and patients to ensure questions and concerns are processed in a timely manner
        • Helpful, knowledgeable and polite while maintaining a positive attitude
        • Interpret a variety of instructions in a variety of communication mediums
        • Maintain confidentiality and practice discretion and caution when handling sensitive information
        • Multi-task along with attention to detail
        • Must be able to accurately perform simple mathematical calculations using addition, subtraction, multiplication and division
        • Self-motivation, organized, time-management and deductive problem solving skills
        • Work independently and as part of a teamPhysical Demands
          • After Hours Call Center of Sleep Center works during Non-Business hours (Sleep Center has both Business and Non Business hours. Non Business hours is our After Hours Call Center)
          • Requires sitting, walking, standing, talking or listening
