TriStar Southern Hills Medical Center, located in bustling
Nashville, TN, is seeking a dedicated and skilled PRN CT
Technologist to join our premier medical imaging team. This
position offers the unique opportunity to work in a facility
renowned for its emergency care, cardiology, orthopedics, and
rehabilitation services, providing high-quality, compassionate care
to our community. The PRN CT Tech will play a crucial role in our
radiology department, operating computed tomography equipment to
produce diagnostic images according to physician instructions and
adhering to strict safety protocols. Operate CT equipment to
capture diagnostic images according to physician's orders. Ensure
patient safety and comfort during scans. Maintain accurate patient
records and adhere to HIPAA regulations. Assist radiologists with
image analysis and report preparation. Regularly inspect and
perform necessary maintenance on CT equipment to ensure operational
efficiency. Follow all facility health and safety guidelines to
minimize radiation exposure. Proficiency in operating CT imaging
equipment. Strong understanding of radiological safety and
protection principles. Exceptional attention to detail and
accuracy. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Medical
Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k
Current American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT)
certification. Valid state license as a Radiologic Technologist.
Additional certification in Computed Tomography (CT) is highly
preferred.
