situations. Monitor and record patient's condition and document the
care provided Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
by physicians Operate life support equipment such as ventilators
and defibrillators Communicate effectively with patients, family,
and healthcare team members Participate in educational programs to
maintain competency and enhance professional growth Assess, plan,
implement, and evaluate nursing care plans for each patient
Advanced knowledge of critical care techniques and technology
Ability to operate complex medical machinery Excellent
communication and interpersonal skills Strong decision-making and
problem-solving abilities Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision
Insurance Life Insurance 401k Valid registered nurse (RN) license
in the state of Tennessee Certification in Advanced Cardiac Life
Support (ACLS) Certification in Critical Care Nursing (CCRN)
