Job Description Job Description Salary: $30 - $37.5 per hour Job Summary: Rolling River Investments is seeking a Maintenance Technician with strong hands-on abilities and field leadership experience. This individual will oversee and execute property maintenance tasks, support active construction projects, and collaborate closely with our operations and maintenance leadership. The ideal candidate is comfortable working in varied environmentsfrom residential and agricultural settings to active build sitesand is capable of lifting heavy loads, working at heights, and navigating crawl spaces. This is a physically demanding, high-responsibility role ideal for someone who takes initiative, solves problems, and can lead by example. Key Responsibilities: Perform general property maintenance and repairs across residential, farm, and commercial settings Oversee and support day-to-day operations on active construction projects Coordinate with the Property Manager to ensure tasks are completed safely and efficiently Assist with light to moderate carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and irrigation work as needed Identify and resolve maintenance issues independently or with a small team Maintain tools, equipment, and workspaces in good order Safely operate hand tools, power tools, and farm or construction-related equipment (heavy equipment experience a plus, but not required) Work in crawl spaces, at heights, and in variable weather conditions Support occasional seasonal property needs, including land clearing, fencing, trenching, and basic structural work Requirements & Qualifications: Proven hands-on experience in property maintenance and construction Ability to lift 75 pounds and work on feet, bending, and lifting for extended periods Comfortable working in crawl spaces, on ladders, and in physically demanding environments Knowledge of basic building systems and farm infrastructure Ability to read and follow instructions, blueprints, or repair manuals Valid drivers license and reliable transportation Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or in coordination with others Strong communication skills and professional demeanor Ability to Commute: 50 - 75 miles within the Middle Tennessee Area Ability to Relocate: Nashville, TN or Spring Hill, TN Schedule: Monday through Friday Weekends as needed Company Benefits: 12 Paid Holidays Employer-Paid Health Insurance for Employee Employer-Paid Life/AD&D Insurance Employer-Paid Short-Term Disability and Accident Insurance Dental, Vision, Voluntary Life, and Critical Illness
