Our customer-focused, employee-driven business model builds long-term partners through loyalty, consistency, and expertise. /n /n We are looking for individuals who share our passion for helping customers, have a positive attitude and are committed to always offering their very best workmanship and customer care. /n /n SALARY RANGE: $30-$40/HOUR /n /n Work Hours & Benefits /n /n - 40 hours per week /n - Medical, Dental, Vision plans /n - Free Basic Life Insurance. /n - Short- and Long-Term Disability /n - 401k /n - Paid Holidays /n - Paid Time off /n /n /n Job Responsibilities /n /n - Install, maintain, and repair heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems in residential and commercial buildings. /n - Perform HVAC system inspections and diagnose issues. /n - Design and implement HVAC system layouts and configurations. /n - Install and connect HVAC components, such as ductwork, roof curbs, refrigeration lines, flex lines, and diffusers. /n - Test HVAC systems for proper functioning and efficiency /n - Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations. /n /n Experience /n /n - High school diploma or GED certificate /n - Minimum of 2 years of experience as an HVAC Installer or similar role /n - Proficiency in HVAC/R systems and equipment installation /n - Familiarity with reading and interpreting schematics and blueprints /n - Knowledge of appliance repair techniques /n - Ability to perform equipment repairs. /n - Strong problem-solving skills to diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system issues. /n - Excellent customer service skills to interact with clients in a professional manner. /n - Valid driver's license with a clean driving record /n - OSHA 10 /n /n Note: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
