Job Description:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced
Superintendent to lead interior renovation and tenant improvement
projects across the Nashville area. This role is ideal for someone
who thrives in fast-paced environments, has a sharp eye for detail,
and is passionate about delivering high-quality interior spaces on

pipeline of exciting work. Description Oversee day-to-day on-site
operations for interior renovation and tenant improvement projects.
Coordinate subcontractors, materials, and schedules to ensure
timely project delivery. Enforce safety protocols and ensure
compliance with all OSHA and company standards. Conduct quality
control inspections and resolve field issues promptly. Communicate
effectively with project managers, clients, and design teams.
Maintain accurate daily reports, site documentation, and progress
photos. Profile 5 years of experience as a Superintendent in
commercial construction, with a strong focus on interiors and
tenant improvements. Proven ability to manage multiple trades and
fast-track schedules. Strong knowledge of construction methods,
materials, and building codes. Excellent leadership, communication,
and organizational skills. Proficiency with construction management
tools (e.g., Procore, PlanGrid, Bluebeam). Job Offer Competitive
