Full-Time (Exempt) Salary Range : $50,000-55,000 with the
opportunity to earn commission Job Overview: We are seeking a
motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join
our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of
experience in sales and/or have the desire to prove you have the
raw skills to succeed in a remote-sales environment. You will play
a critical role in driving sales in smaller districts including the
private and parochial segment of the K-12 market, at the guidance
and discretion of your Sales Director(s). Collaborating with and
taking direction from the Sales Director(s) you support will be key
to success in this role. Job Duties: Utilize sales tactics to
navigate and fill your sales pipeline, converting leads into
customers, prospects into partners. Manage multiple accounts while
effectively using our CRM tools to track interactions and sales
progress. Collaborate with internal and external sales teams to
ensure cohesive strategies bringing in new business to the
organization within target segment of the industry. Handle inbound
and outbound calls, emails, and inquiries with strong communication
skills to solve customer pain points through a consultative selling
approach. Meet and exceed sales targets through proactive outreach
and follow-up strategies. Independently manage daily sales tasks
with a focus on organization and attention to detail. Maintain
detailed records of customer interactions and internal coordination
to ensure seamless communication. Requirements: Experience: Ideally
1 year in sales, customer service, or a related field. Sales
Tactics* Proficient in understanding and applying sales strategies,
familiar with CRM tools, and capable of growing and cultivating a
sales pipeline. Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written
communication skills are essential for solving customer pain points
and demonstrating how a potential partnership would positively
impact course instruction. Team Collaboration: Ability to work
closely with cross-functional teams, including internal and
external sales. Time Management: Proven ability to manage multiple
tasks, prioritize effectively, and maintain high levels of
productivity. Self-Motivated: A self-starter who can work
independently to meet and exceed sales goals. Attention to Detail:
Especially critical for moving potential customers through the
pipeline from discovery to procurement. Results-Driven: Focused on
achieving and surpassing sales targets. This role is not a remote
work position. All employees must live within commuting distance of
Music Row in Nashville. We are currently requiring all team members
to work at minimum 3 days a week in the office on the QuaverEd
campus and allowing 2 days remote. This requirement is subject to
change at the discretion of the team member's Supervisor and
