from you. Primary Purpose: The National Account Manager [NAM] is
responsible for producing extraordinary results in developing
superior business relationships, building trusted advisor status in
our largest accounts to achieve all key metrics, including volume
and profit targets. The primary focus will be delivering company
financial objectives, strategic planning and executing of customer
plans that deliver brand priorities while growing market share,
cultivating and growing relationships with key retailer partners.
Key Responsibilities: Manage sales, distribution, programs and
in-store merchandising of Swisher brands for all assigned accounts.
Maximize volume and revenue in key assigned accounts by utilizing
data and fact-based selling methods. Present promotional plans and
execute with key customers that drive specific growth goals
(internal and external). Monitors business results versus plan and
adjusts accordingly Provides brand and category priorities to
multi-functional resources, such as Territory Managers. Responsible
for engaging with large accounts on category management
initiatives. Create and present Business Reviews that will drive
Swisher sales and improve business performance across the full line
of Swisher brands. Achieves brand share gains at account greater
than or equal to market/customer growth Penetrates account to reach
key decision makers, building joint customer business plans to
improve utilization of organization programs Attend and support
National Account Customer Trade Shows and events to drive sales and
maintain customer relations Qualifications: Required 7 years of
growing CPG sales experience to include increased responsibility. 2
years of category Management experience. Must be at least 21 at the
time of employment. Must have valid driver’s license. Strong and
effective communication skills Proficient in Microsoft Office
(Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook) Education: Bachelor’s Degree
Travel: This role requires up to 60% of travel, including overnight
travel. Preferred Education: Master's Degree What we offer: Base
