Job Description:
A company is looking for a Fraud Review Analyst.
Key Responsibilities:
Quickly analyze multiple data points to make quality decisions that
impact clients and customers
Analyze and identify links between fraudulent transactions to
identify and stop fraud rings
Interact with customer service and customers to provide a seamless
and secure customer experience
Qualifications:
Exceptional communication skills and strong analytical skills
Self-starter with exceptional attention to detail and
organization
Proven ability to meet or exceed goals in a metrics-driven
organization
Willingness and flexibility to work according to business needs,
including a weekend day
Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice, Economics, Statistics, or
Business-related field (desired), HS diploma required
