• Perform preventative maintenance on machinery and equipment to ensure optimal performance
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
• Diagnose and resolve issues with production equipment to minimize downtime
• Install and maintain production equipment and machinery
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient production processes
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance performed and parts used
• Follow safety protocols and adhere to OSHA regulations
• Continuously improve maintenance processes and proceduresQualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2+ years of experience in maintenance, mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic work
  • Knowledge of PLCs and CNC machines
  • Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility to work overtime and weekends as needed
  • Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
