Job Description:
HR Generalist - PlantTypical/Expected % Of Overnight Travel: Up
to 10% travel About You: As a HR Generalist, you will support the
Plant HR leader, the facility Management team, and the employees of
the our Clarksville facility. This includes supporting areas such
as recruiting, compensation, employee relations, employee training
and development, EEO/AA, and the proper administration of benefit
programs (including FMLA, short/long-term disability, ADA, and
workers compensation), and may have significant responsibility for
one or more of these disciplines at the plant. As a business
partner, you will help create a culture that ensure open lines of
communication for employees to express concerns and equitable
administration of human resources policy and practices. Come help

strategy!YOU HAVE:+ Passion. Strong leadership, interpersonal,
communication, problem solving, analytical and organizational
skills + Technical skills. Good knowledge of employment law. Must
fully observe the requirements of the Health Insurance Portability
and Accountability Act of 1996 and Jostens HIPAA Privacy and
Security policies and procedures in all matters involving protected
health information when working with the Jostens health plan. +
Confidentiality. Must maintain strict confidentiality of
information accessed in position and area+ Strong prioritizing
skills. Must be able to work independently with multiple changing
priorities+ Experience. 3+ years exempt-level human resources
experience.+ Education. B.A. in business, human resources or
related field, or equivalent combination of education and
experience + Preferred experience. Worked in a manufacturing
environment with prior knowledge of LEAN and/or Six Sigma
methodologies, or pursuing a PHR certification.YOU WILL:+ Support.
Provide employee relations support including participation in
administering and developing local policy and procedure. Provide
consultation to supervisors and employees on various issues. Ensure
equitable treatment of employees.+ Lead. Manage all aspects of
Workers Compensation program for the facility. Coordinate with the
safety committee to set goals and put in place a plan to meet those
safety goals for the facility.+ Create. Develop and coordinate
various human resources projects, such as training and reward and
recognition initiatives+ Strengthen. Participate in annual projects
such as performance management, salary planning, Affirmative Action
Planning, ESM process, and performance review process+ Help. May be
responsible for hourly recruiting for the facility. Provide
staffing, interviewing and separation support to managers. Provide
assistance with job descriptions, as well as ensure compliance with
all employment policies and procedures. Ensure that the company is
