About the RoleAs a Project Superintendent, you'll be the boots-on-the-ground leader, managing all on-site operations of commercial construction projects valued at $5M and above. You'll partner closely with Project Managers and subcontractors to ensure quality control, schedule adherence, and client satisfaction every step of the way.
What You'll Do

• Lead daily on-site operations from project kickoff to closeout.
• Coordinate crews, trades, and subcontractors to meet schedules and milestones.
• Maintain safety standards, enforce compliance, and respond to jobsite emergencies.
• Identify design challenges and suggest practical, cost-effective solutions.
• Support the Project Manager with RFIs, change orders, and schedule updates.
• Drive productivity, resolve conflicts, and ensure work aligns with plans and specs.
• Supervise field staff including Assistant Superintendents, Foremen, and Engineers.
  
  What You Bring
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred.
• 10+ years of commercial construction experience, including 5 years in field leadership.
• Proven track record managing large-scale ($5M+) commercial construction projects.
• Deep knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and structural systems.
• Proficiency in tools like Procore, P6 Scheduling, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office.
• OSHA 10, CPR/First Aid certified (or willingness to obtain).
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and team-building skills.
• Ability to travel within the Southeast but be based in middle Tennessee.
  Work Environment & Schedule
• Regular working hours are Monday-Friday, 6:30 a.m. - 3:00 p.m., with weekend hours to meet project schedules and demands. Emergency on-call as needed.
