Job Description:
A company is looking for a Sr. Account Support Rep to serve as a
primary contact for sales support and customer issues.
Key Responsibilities
Provide order processing and manage account operations for assigned
accounts
Communicate proactively with internal teams to ensure smooth
product and service flow to customers
Assist account teams with onboarding new customers and support deal
registration and quoting processes
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Business
Administration or related field
6+ years of experience in sales operations, business analysis, or
program/project management
Experience interfacing with senior level executives, customers, and
vendors
Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Salesforce.com or similar CRM
system
Advanced knowledge of product support industry and sales for end
user computing and data center products
