Position Summary:
We are seeking a Building Fa--ade/Envelope Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing innovative facade programs using large format porcelain for clients. Your duties will include designing solutions, engineering span charts, providing consultancy to clients and sales teams, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to promote and implement facade solutions.

Essential Functions:

Study and Develop Solutions for Building Fa--ades/Envelopes
Engineer Span Charts and Provide Standard Details
Generate Exterior Building Renderings
Provide Consultancy to Clients and Sales Teams
Offer Project-Specific Solutions
Assist in Marketing Facade Solutions
Coordinate with Cross-Functional Teams
Conduct Performance Testing
Develop Maintenance Guidelines


Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Building Science, Construction, or a related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience preferred.
Building envelope certifications.
Experience in performing building envelope tests.
Proficiency with Autodesk suite, Microsoft Office suite, Adobe, Bluebeam Revu.
Knowledge and experience with ASTM / AAMA testing standards.
Experience in analyzing envelopes using thermography and various other diagnostic tools.
Availability to travel for presentations and sales assistance.
Availability to travel to visit projects and job sites.
Must be able to pass pre-employment drug screening and background check.

Additional Requirements:

Must be able to work 100% on-site at corporate office/Production plant located in Clarksville, TN.
Candidates must pass a drug screen and satisfactory background check.
Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship.

Salary and Benefits:

Salary Range: $70,000 - $80,000 per year (based on experience)
