TILE CUT LINE OPERATOR FULL-TIME

Florim USA is looking for Tile Cut Line Operator for DAY & NIGHT SHIFT Positions in the Clarksville, TN area. $19.70/hr (days) $20.70/hr (nights)

REQUIREMENTS OF TILE CUT LINE OPERATOR

Qualified candidates will have a high school diploma or GED.

RESPONSIBILITIES OF TILE CUT LINE OPERATOR

Tile Cut Line Operator cuts tile to specifications while performing the following duties:

Ensure all tile is within allowed thresholds after cut.

Monitors all operations and makes the necessary adjustments to stay within the allowed specifications.

Ensuring cut product is square and diagonals are correct.

Ability to change cutting blades, rectifying tools, belts, and other mechanical parts as needed.

Must be able to complete product changes (color codes and tile sizes)

Must be able to learn to operate loading and unloading operations.

Constantly monitors cut and quality of tile.

Adhere to the maintenance schedule as provided by maintenance and manufacturing departments

Complete the quality, production and maintenance reports required daily.

Maintain a clean and tidy work area

Basic hand-tool knowledge (wrenches, allen keys, crescent wrench, etc)

Ability to do basic math without calculator (decimals/fractions)

SALARY AND BENEFITS FOR TILE CUT LINE OPERATOR

Beginning pay $19.70/hr

Night Shift Differential $2.00/hr

Shift Schedule 2-2-3

2 Weeks Paid Vacation
