-Greet all clients within 5 seconds of banking center
entry-Actively refer/cross-sell to clients and log the
referral-Assist clients with recovery due to unauthorized
transactions-Create, re-pin, and issue debit cards for
clients-Initiate wires for clients-Assist in handling/collection of
returned checks and complete cash item spreadsheet-Process night
deposit bags, envelopes, mail deposits/payments-Assist/oversee with
opening/closing of cash vaults and banking center-Stock, balance
and audit TCRs/ATMs-Meet daily courier deadline-Enter information
for account analysis for business clients that utilize the
service-Handle large sums of currency, coin and change
orders-Ensure accuracy of client CIF-Order client checks and
deposit slips-Complete all tasks and trainings before
deadlines-Learn and comply with all established CFSB policies,
procedures, and standards-Perform other duties as requested by the
Team LeaderPM22
