Job Description:
Jackson Purchase Medical CenterJOB SUMMARYPrepares and
administers radiopharmaceuticals as well as other medications to
patient and performs the diagnostic study per physician
orders.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONSAdminitsters radiopharmaceuticals and
medications for patient imaging and therapeutic
proceudres.Processes data and enhances digital images using
advanced compyter technology.Provides images, data analysis and
patient information for diagnostic interpretation or therapeutic
procedures.Evalustes images to determine the technical quality and
calibration of Instrumentation.Processes the images for radiologist
review.REQUIREMENTS:Requires critical thinking skills, decisive
jusgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be
able to work in a stressful environment and take approprirate
actions.BLS -Licenses: Radioogy License with Nuclear Medicine
focus/ARRT Certification or CNMT
