Job Description:

SHR Talent is partnering with a client in Clarksville, TN in its search for a Digital Marketing Specialist. The Digital Marketing Specialist should be a motivated professional with the ability to react quickly when the need arises and possess an understanding of social media metrics with the ability to interpret results and take action to increase effectiveness of social media campaigns. As the Digital Marketing Specialist, you should have the ability to effectively present marketing information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, and customers.
An ideal candidate for the Digital Marketing Specialist role is someone who is detail-oriented, has excellent communication skills and effective creative thinking, problem-solving, decision-making, and analytical skills, and has an entrepreneurial spirit.
Responsibilities:

• Utilize the MailChimp platform for creating and administering newsletters, announcements, and other communications for use
• Manage, update, and source contact list for generating leads
• Create social media content on all platforms relevant to news, events, and offerings
• Understand the targeted audience and engage with visitors for each social channel
• Research and define fresh and creative content against visual trends relevant to the Company's brand
• Monitor social media for the Company's brand adherence with distributors, customers, and partner, and research competitors' digital presence
• Create monthly reporting for all responsible digital platforms
• Write, develop, and strategize online content production and scheduling in line with promotions, campaigns, and brand strategy to further build brand familiarity
• Generate, edit, publish, and share content daily
• Maintain internal databases such as SharePoint and Samples Portal and other external platforms where the Company is present for product and brand
• Research and build connections with distributors, business partners, and influencers related to the Company's industry
  Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related field with a minimum of 2 years' experience in digital marketing and social media that delivered growth
  • Strong familiarity with the business applications of social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.
  • Experience with Google Analytics, AdWords, and SEO, a plus
