We are a leader in our industry and have been in business for over 75 years. We are looking to hire a Continuous Improvement leader to continue to grow our operations. We have a great environment that can be seen in our average employee tenure being over 10 years! We are currently in need of a Continuous Improvement leader with hands-on implementation of Lean, Six Sigma, and other problem-solving tools.If you are a Continuous Improvement Leader with experience, please read on!What You Will Be Doing

• Lead the Continuous Improvement culture and activity of the entire facility.
• Create an environment where ALL employees want to participate in driving improvement.
• Establishes a future state vision for the site and leads us on that journey.
• Apply Lean, Six Sigma, and problem-solving to both the manufacturing and administrative environments.
• Lead the site to implement improvements in the areas of Safety, Quality, Delivery, Performance, Cost, and Culture.
• Drive Kaizen activities for the site. Including preparation, follow-up, and development of future Kaizen leaders.What You Need for this Position
