Description

The purpose of this position is to create and maintain client and prospect relationships through transformational conversation, needs-based cross selling, and transactional excellence, so that every client experiences wild and sustainable success, brings CFSB their full financial relationship, introduces all of their friends, and says "CFSB is my bank for life!"

Relationship Bankers are expected to display overwhelmingly impressive client service skills. They are responsible for greeting clients that visit our banking centers, performing teller transactions, executing wire transfers, issuing debit cards, and assisting clients with various account needs.

Their goals include: balancing a cash drawer, identifying new products for existing clients, inviting prospects to bank with CFSB, and completing training materials within established deadlines.
