CLASS TITLE: TEACHER
PRIMARY FUNCTION:To educate all students substantially and

BASIC REPRESENTATIVE DUTIES/ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Implements all rules and regulations, policies and
administrative guidelines as adopted by the Board of Education and
the School SBDM Council.
Maintains accurate, complete, and correct records as required by
law, district policy, and administrative regulation, pertaining to
teacher and students.
Guides the learning process toward the achievement of curriculum
goals and, in harmony with the goals, establishes clear objectives
and assessments for all lessons, units, and communicates these
objectives to students.
Meets and instructs assigned classes in the locations and at the

interests, and abilities of the students.
Creates a classroom environment that is conducive to learning
and appropriate to the maturity and interests of the students.
Prepares for classes assigned and shows written evidence of

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- Valid State Teaching Certificate for Specific Subject Area
and/or Grade Level
TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT:
185 days. Salary and work year to be established by the
