Our client,--is the 6th largest financial services holding company in the--United States, is currently seeking--an--Remote Sales Representative--for a--12--month--contract.--Successful candidates will have the potential to be converted to full time employees.--------In addition to working with the world's most recognized and trusted name in staffing, Kelly employees can expect:---Competitive pay---Paid holidays---Year-end bonus program---Recognition and incentive programs---Access to continuing education via the Kelly Learning Center----Pay Rate:--$30.00/Hour----GENERAL SUMMARY:----Will call on current business card customers of the bank and members of established Partners (associations/buying groups, etc.), after marketing campaign has taken place or under way, to sell/upsell into member base and enable new business card applications and activation. Develops profitable business account relationships and increased profitability from existing and new accounts. Identifies business opportunities based on knowledge of clients, markets, products and services. Makes sales presentations to prospective clients informing them of benefits of using the organization's products and services to meet their needs.----The incumbent needs a thorough to expert level of knowledge of unit payments products as well as well-developed sales and new business development skills, including the development of sales strategies and goals and closing skills. Strong customer service / relations skills, excellent oral and written communication skills. Knowledge of the organization and its products, services, and operations. Thorough knowledge of product marketing, client service issues and organization operations. Strong marketing, negotiation and decision-making skills, Ability to creatively resolve client concerns and issues. Good organizational and problem-solving skills. Strong interpersonal and presentation skills. Moderate analytical skills and an understanding of basic accounting principles related to financial transactions.----Responsible for successfully servicing existing vendor programs and/or generating new product, service, lease and/or finance volume. May research, qualify and activate new sources of business. Works with customers (internal and external) to facilitate lease transactions or sale of bank products, services, lease or financing from credit approval to funding. Calls existing customers within assigned territory or industry to promote products/services. Explains services and programs to end users and vendors. Follows up on outstanding approvals for closure with bank source and customers. Works with credit and customers to approve and close new or existing business. Prepares and delivers documentation for signature.----ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:----1.--Contacts--customers and prospective members/charters in order to develop new payments (business card) business.--2. Prepares highly effective sales presentations, explains services offered, and recommends services which would benefit clients.--3. Achieves individual business development goals, including new sales, calling activity and card activation calls.--4. Maintains required subject expertise including product knowledge, general organization practices, policies and procedures and knowledge of technological advances applicable to product lines and services.--5. Establishes and maintains good public relations with the community and/or--third party--brokers/intermediaries to enhance the organization's image.--6.
