Make a Difference.TitleBusiness Development & Operations ExecutiveOverview of PositionThe Business Development and Operations Executive is responsible for go-to-market launch management and enterprise-wide business development for our Connected Consumer Health suite focused on payers, employers and other non-traditional entities. -The areas of focus are consumer data access, identity, consent, interoperability payments, and digital access to care.- Development efforts would include a variety of non-traditional agreements where highly complex bundled capabilities, joint development, or other creative partnerships are needed.- This individual will collaborate with sales and business unit product leaders to identify and prioritize strategic opportunities. This leader will represent Change Healthcare as a thought leader in the consumer space who is sought after for their knowledge and expertise.What will be my duties and responsibilities in this job?

• Develop and foster long term strategy and execution plan focused on various channels; this includes payers (e.g., consumer data APIs to meet CMS interoperability requirements) and other non-traditional channels (e.g., banks, Alight, Accolade, Fidelity, Workday) who have access to essentially everyone using our platform.
• Develop innovative strategies to drive growth and lead the evaluation and analysis of the opportunities
  • Develop and lead integrated go-to-market plans for each of the Change Healthcare solutions identified; set strategic direction that drives innovation and creates market shaping solutions. Lead customer-focused programs to establish strong customer engagement throughout the product life cycle and build an active customer and thought leader communityWhat are the requirements needed for this position?
    • 8+ years of healthcare experience, preferably from a top-tier management consulting firm and/or a healthcare information technology company
      • 5+ years end to end selling emerging and high growth solutions
      • Experience working in a fast-paced matrixed organization
      • Must have experience presenting to and interacting with to top level executives-What other skills/experience would be helpful to have?
        • A broad understanding of the healthcare sector, especially in the current trends and the future direction of this rapidly changing industry
        • End-to-end sales experience for complex and strategic offerings, from launch phase to repeatable, scalable sales execution
        • Demonstrated thought leadership developing strategic, high-value and enduring relationships
        • Proven experience developing and presenting robust business cases and cost benefit analysis of opportunities
        • Ability to collaborate and communicate at all levels of the organization, through excellent verbal and written communication skills
        • Ability to clearly and concisely convey key findings of complex analysis, explain rationale for new strategic initiatives, and serve as an effective thought partner with the senior team across a broad range of issuesWhat are the working conditions and physical requirements of this job?
