developing and implementing a comprehensive internal and external
marketing plan that would increase revenues and profits. This

? Implements the recommendations of the strategic marketing

This position manages all employees of the department and is
responsible for the performance management and hiring of the
employees within that department.
This job operates in a professional office environment. This
role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers,
phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work:
This is a full-time position, and regular hours of work and days
are Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.; however, this
position can regularly require long hours and frequent weekend
Travel is primarily local during the business day, although some
out-of-the-area and overnight travel may be expected.
Required Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related field.
3 years of project/program management experience.
