Job Description Job Description Join our Coats team as an Assembly Operator, responsible for assembling high-quality products at various workstations throughout the plant while adhering to established cycle times. Key Responsibilities Read, write, and communicate effectively to follow instructions and collaborate with team members. Utilize both powered and non-powered hand tools for assembly tasks. Ensure accuracy by inspecting parts and components as needed. Assemble products efficiently to meet established cycle times. Perform minor repairs as necessary to maintain product quality. Stock production lines as required. Carry out additional tasks as assigned by management. WHO YOU ARE (Qualifications) Education, Skills, and Experience High school diploma or GED required. Previous experience in manufacturing, production, or assembly preferred. Strong reading, writing, and communication skills. Proficient in operating small hand tools. Ability to work within established cycle times. Capable of lifting, bending, squatting, walking, reaching above and below the waist, and carrying materials. Requires good eye sight to ensure accuracy when inspecting parts and components as needed.
