What You’ll Do: Lead the sanitation team to ensure all areas of the plant are sanitized, safe, and production-ready. Drive compliance with federal, state, and customer sanitation standards. Collaborate with production and quality teams to validate allergen cleaning and food safety processes. Manage inventory, control chemical usage, and meet budget goals. Train, mentor, and enforce safety and compliance practices within your team. Oversee pest control programs and support food safety audits to keep us ahead of the curve.
