Job Description:
Shift Monday - Friday - 2nd Shift (Afternoon/Evening) Shift:
Monday - Friday 2PM to 10:30PM Location: Couchville Pike. Mount
Juliet, TN Receiver II, Returns The Receiver II, Returns performs
all activities related to the accurate and timely shipping and/or
receiving of returned products. This role ensures proper
documentation, system updates, and compliance with safety and
operational standards. Primary Responsibilities Prepare returns to
be received. Match actual product to associated documentation and
record transactions in the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
Research and resolve discrepancies between actual product and
documentation. Respond to internal and external requests for
information regarding receiving/shipping data or issues.
Demonstrate thorough understanding and adherence to safety rules,
regulations, and reporting requirements. Use limited experience and
judgment to plan and accomplish tasks. Assist other department
employees with more complex assignments. Work under general
supervision. Perform other duties as assigned or requested.
Education / Experience High school diploma or equivalent required.
2–4 years of relevant experience. Proficient in Microsoft Office
applications. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
