Job Description:
Job Opportunity at Nesco Resource Nesco Resource is hiring for a
position in a cold storage facility. We are looking for dedicated
individuals with at least 6 months of previous forklift experience.
All shifts are available! Schedule Breakdown Day 1: Sunday-Tuesday
6am-6pm & Wednesday 6am-noon Day 2: Wednesday noon-6pm,
Thursday-Saturday 6am-6pm Night 1: Sunday-Tuesday 6pm-6am &
Wednesday 6pm-midnight Night 2: Wednesday midnight-6pm,
Thursday-Saturday 6pm-6am Base Pay Rates Day 1 & 2: $22 Night 1:
$23 Night 2: $24 Perfect Attendance Bonus All employees are
eligible to receive an additional $3/hr (straight-time) and
$4.50/hr (overtime) with perfect attendance. Perfect attendance
means no missed shifts and a full 40 hours on the clock.
Requirements Must pass a 10-panel drug screen Steel toed shoes are
required; company provides all other PPE HS Diploma or GED is
required Longevity in work history Positive attitude and
willingness to learn to operate forklift and reach truck (Training
will be provided) Job Responsibilities Receive, store, and
distribute products in refrigerated and/or frozen rooms within the
warehouse Read shipping and/or picking orders to determine items to
be moved, gathered, or distributed Operate electric-powered
forklifts or electric-powered hand-trucks to transport loaded
pallets to designated warehouse areas and/or storage racks Load
and/or unload product items and other materials onto and off
pallets, skids, or lifting devices Sort and place materials or
items on racks, shelves, or in bins according to predetermined
sequence such as size, type, or product code Mark materials with
identifying information Lift, count, sort, and place product items
on pallets according to order fill instructions or special
requirements Prepare and record order fill tickets and truck logs
(load sheets) in accordance with company standards Record amounts
of materials or items received or distributed Weigh or count items
for distribution within the plant to ensure conformance to company
