Commercial/Construction Litigation - Associate Attorney We are
seeking an experienced Associate Attorney to join our dynamic team,
focusing on commercial litigation with a specialization in
construction law. As a key member of our litigation department, you
will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of cases,
advising companies on legal issues related to business formation,
protection, and growth. Responsibilities: • Proide expert legal
counsel to businesses, entrepreneurs, and investors across various
industries, including construction and commercial sectors • Conduct
thorough research and analysis to develop effective litigation
strategies for clients • Represent clients in court, negotiations,
and other legal proceedings, ensuring their interests are protected
and represented • Collaborate with colleagues to stay up-to-date on

and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing
exceptional service and support Requirements: • 5-6 years of
experience in commercial litigation, with a focus on construction
law • Strong understanding of business law, contract law, and
