Job Description Job Description One of our clients is seeking a
Construction Litigation Partner-Level Attorney with 10 years of
experience and a book of business to join their growing team. This
role is fully in-office with no opportunities for remote or hybrid
work. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in
construction litigation, including handling contract disputes,
defect claims, and lien enforcement cases. Candidates should be
comfortable managing cases from pre-litigation through trial. Key
Responsibilities : Manage caseloads of construction disputes with
varying complexity Prepare and draft legal documents, including
pleadings, motions, and briefs Conduct depositions, mediations, and
court appearances Collaborate with clients, witnesses, and experts
to develop case strategy Negotiate settlements effectively and
efficiently Qualifications : JD from an accredited law school;
licensed to practice in Tennessee 10 years' experience in
construction litigation Portable book of business required Proven
ability to manage cases independently Strong research, analytical,
and problem-solving skills Exceptional oral and written
