Job Description:
Integrations Clinical Analyst I Position Overview The
Integrations Clinical Analyst I supports and leads implementation
and integration activities. This role focuses on execution,
documentation, testing, training support, and frontline go-live
assistance; and collaborates with interdisciplinary teams to
enhance system usability, improve patient outcomes, and drive
operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities: System Implementation
& Integration • Lead and assist with PM and EMR system build and
configuration based on defined requirements. • Lead and support
data validation, system testing, and workflow walkthroughs. •
Participate in discovery activities and documentation efforts. •
Provide ongoing support for clinical systems, troubleshooting
issues, and escalating as necessary. • Support system conversions,
data migration validation, and interface coordination. Requirements
& Workflow Support • Document current-state and future-state
workflows. • Assist in requirements gathering sessions with
appropriate staff and stakeholders. • Support workflow updates
based on enterprise standards and best practices. • Communicate
project status, risks, and dependencies to leadership. Training &
Go-Live • Assist in the development of training materials and job
aids. • Support end-user training sessions. • Provide frontline
go-live and stabilization support. • Serve as liaison between end
users, IT, and vendors during critical implementation phases.
Quality Assurance & Readiness • Execute pre-go-live readiness
checklists and validation activities. • Support post-go-live audits
and issue tracking. • Document QA findings and remediation steps.
Compliance & Documentation • Follow HIPAA, SOX, and organizational
security standards. • Maintain accurate documentation for
configurations, workflows, and training materials. Participate in
clinical IT projects, managing timelines, deliverables, and
resources to ensure successful execution. • Collaborate on system
upgrades and implementations, minimizing disruption to clinical
operations. Qualifications Minimum Requirements: • Bachelor’s
degree in Healthcare, Information Systems, or a related field (or
equivalent experience). • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a
clinical, IT, or healthcare-related role. • Familiarity with
clinical systems such as HST, Athena, NextGen, or similar
platforms. Preferred Qualifications: • Experience in clinical
operations, patient care, or healthcare IT project management. •
Experience supporting PM and/or EMR/EHR systems in a clinical or
healthcare setting. • Knowledge of data analytics tools and
reporting systems. Skills and Competencies: • Strong
problem-solving and analytical skills. • Excellent communication
and interpersonal abilities to interact with diverse teams. •
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to a dynamic
healthcare environment. ENVIRONMENTAL/WORKING CONDITIONS : Normal
busy office environment with much telephone work. Possible long
hours as needed. This position may require travel depending on
project phase and organizational priorities. The description is
