and connected car. Main Job Mission: As an HR Manager, your primary
mission is to lead and manage the human resources department,
ensuring the effective implementation of HR policies and
procedures. You will play a crucial role in fostering a positive
work environment, enhancing employee engagement, and driving
organizational success. Job Activities: Develop and implement HR
strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business goals.
Manage the recruitment and selection process to attract top talent
in partnership with the Talent Acquisition team, with hands-on
responsibility of the hourly position recruitment. Oversee employee
onboarding, training, and development programs. Administer
compensation and benefits plans. Ensure compliance with labor laws
and regulations. Maintain the Training Skills Matrix, facilitate
the training plan, and maintain required documentation in
compliance with ISO and IATF standards. Handle employee relations
and address any issues or grievances. Conduct performance
management and provide feedback to employees. Foster a strong focus
on safety, health, environment and sustainability throughout the
site. Promote a culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion within
the organization. Ensure effective completion of the people-focused
processes, such as annual performance and salaries reviews, etc.
Candidate Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources,
Business Administration, or related field. 5-7 years proven
experience in HR, with 2 years in a Generalist role at minimum.
Must be authorized to work in the United States without the
requirement for sponsorship or transfer of Visa now or at any time
in the future. Strong knowledge of HR best practices and labor
legislation. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to lead and motivate others through influence. Proficiency
in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite. High level of integrity
and confidentiality. Strong problem-solving and decision-making
abilities. Ability to communicate in Spanish a plus. As a
