Education Level None Job Shift 1st Shift Description We are seeking
a detail-oriented and proactive HR Assistant with a primary focus
on recruiting support and applicant tracking system (ATS)
management. This role is ideal for someone with a strong clerical
background who excels at maintaining organized systems,
coordinating candidate flow, and enhancing recruitment processes.
The ideal candidate will be experienced in building and maintaining
ATS workflows, scheduling interviews, and providing administrative
support to the HR department. Qualifications Recruitment & ATS
Coordination:Manage the full administrative cycle of recruiting,
including job postings, candidate screening, interview scheduling,
and offer letters.Maintain and enhance the Applicant Tracking
System (ATS), including creation of requisitions, disposition
codes, automated communication templates, and reporting
dashboards.Monitor candidate pipeline activity and ensure accurate
documentation of candidate statuses for compliance and audit
purposes.Collaborate with hiring managers to ensure job
descriptions, interview guides, and evaluations are properly
uploaded and maintained in the ATS.Coordinate internal and external
job advertisements, career fair logistics, and recruitment
marketing materials. Clerical & Administrative Support:Prepare and
maintain accurate HR documents, including personnel files,
onboarding forms, and compliance-related paperwork.Support new hire
onboarding and orientation logistics.Maintain and update HRIS
records and employee files in accordance with company policy and
legal requirements.Provide general administrative support to the HR
team, such as scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and
preparing reports.Compliance & Process Improvement:Assist in
auditing applicant files and onboarding documentation for
completeness and compliance.Identify opportunities to improve
recruiting processes and support implementation of best
practices.Ensure recruiting practices align with EEOC and OFCCP
guidelines, where applicable. Job
Specification/Requirements:Minimum of 1-5 years of experience in a
human resource or recruiting roleProficiency in HRIS and Applicant
Tracking Systems (ATS)Strong understanding of recruitment processes
and candidate selection methodsExcellent communication and
interpersonal skillsAbility to handle sensitive and confidential
information with discretion.Knowledge of employment laws and
regulationsProficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel,
Outlook, and PowerPoint)Strong organizational and time management
skillsExperience with scheduling and coordinating
interviews.Ability to work collaboratively in a team
environment.Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to
problem-solving.Capacity to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced work
environment.Willingness to assist with general HR tasks and
projects as needed.Familiarity with social media, resume databases,
and professional networks for recruiting purposes.Ability to
provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment
