Marriott International is seeking a dynamic and guest-focused Runner-At Your Service to join our team at our vibrant hotel. This role is essential in upholding Marriott’s global reputation for outstanding hospitality and impeccable service. The successful candidate will be a linchpin in ensuring guest experiences are exceptional, facilitating seamless service delivery across the hotel operations. Your primary task will be to deliver guest's requests to their rooms, handle room deliveries efficiently, and provide additional assistance to other hotel departments as needed. Respond promptly to guest requests, delivering items such as towels, toiletries, and any other guest-specific requests to rooms. Provide detailed information about amenities, area events, and promotions to enhance guest stays. Assist in various departments such as housekeeping, laundry, or guest services when needed to ensure operational efficiency. Maintain clear and proactive communication with hotel staff to address and resolve guest issues swiftly. Ensure adherence to safety regulations and hotel standards at all times. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Proven organizational skills with attention to detail. Flexibility to work in rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance Certification in Hospitality Management is advantageous but not required.
