Fast Stop Markets is seeking a Team Leader (General Manager) for its Fast Stop Market in Dickson, Tennessee.At Fast Stop, our purpose is to Keep People Movin' in a Fast, Friendly, and Clean environment. The Team Leader will play a major role in that purpose by creating an exceptional customer experience for everyone who walks through the door. The Team Leader is responsible for the day to day operations of the store including scheduling, training, and supervising employees, inventory levels, maintaining the store, modeling good customer service, controlling loss prevention, labor hours and overtime.Responsibilities:Assist in the recruiting of, recommend for hire, and train, positive individuals to become team members of a high-volume Convenience Store and Gas Station, ensuring excellent customer service.Motivate, encourage, and challenge store Team Members.Promote and resolve customer complaints, in a timely and professional manner.Implement and enforce established daily operating procedures to ensure the store is clean, adequately stocked, organized, and well kept.Ensure all merchandise is stocked and displays are attractive, priced correctly, and displayed in a safe manner.Maintain quality brand image standards necessary to pass evaluations.Complete daily paperwork and data entry in a timely manner as established by management.Monitor cash over/short, inventory shrinkage, and drive-offs daily.Conduct Store meetings as needed with employees.Follow and enforce all Company Policies and Established Procedures in the store OperationsEnforce all Safety and Security Issues and report unsafe conditions.Conduct regular safety and Security meetings.Report and process all employee and/ or customer incidents or accidents.Qualifications:College Degree preferredConvenience Store Management Experience Preferred Benefits and Compensation:Competitive SalaryGenerous Bonus ProgramPaid Sick and Vacation TimeHealth Benefits401k Profit Sharing Drug test and background check required General Manager convenience store retail shell exxon marathon veteran leader gas station military retail customer service
