Job Description:
Williamson Health and Wellness Center seeks an experienced
Director of Physician Practices to lead and expand our physician
services. The ideal candidate will bring a strategic vision and a
commitment to excellence in patient care, aligning with our mission
to enhance community health through tailored, innovative programs.
This role involves oversight of daily operations, financial
management, and improving patient and staff satisfaction within all
physician practices associated with the center. The Director will
also be instrumental in physician recruitment, retention, and
ensuring compliance with health regulations. Oversee the operations
of all physician practices within the center. Develop and implement
strategies for enhancing service quality and patient satisfaction.
Manage budgeting and financial planning for various departments.
Ensure compliance with healthcare laws, regulations, and standards.
Lead physician recruitment and retention efforts. Foster a culture
of continuous improvement and professional development. Strong
leadership and organizational skills Financial management and
strategic planning Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Deep understanding of healthcare regulations and compliance
Proficient in healthcare management systems Medical Insurance
Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Certified Medical Practice
Executive (CMPE) Fellow of the American College of Healthcare
Executives (FACHE) preferred
