Active Tennessee Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment. BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required. Experience working in an outpatient setting preferred. Experience evaluating and treating musculoskeletal conditions, post-operative patients, and chronic pain preferred. Documentation proficiency with electronic medical records preferred.
