communication and swallowing disorders while exploring a new part

more details. Minimum Requirements Master's Degree in
Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited educational program.
Completed Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) and current Certificate of
Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA required. Active Kentucky
state SLP license is required to start the assignment. BLS
certification from AHA or ARC may be required. Experience working
in an acute or long-term acute care hospital setting preferred.
Demonstrated experience evaluating and treating dysphagia and
communication disorders, including instrumental assessment
familiarity (FEES or modified barium swallow) preferred. Ability to
complete timely, concise medical record documentation including
daily notes, goal writing, letters of medical necessity, discharge
documentation, and charge entry in compliance with hospital and
payer requirements. Willingness to collaborate with
interdisciplinary teams and participate in equipment trials,
patient/family training, and discharge planning. Maintain
professional licensure and complete state-mandated continuing
education. Adherence to discipline-specific state practice act
required. Assignment Details Facility Type: Long Term Acute Care
Hospital. Shift: Day, 5x8. Duration: 13 week assignment. Number of
