Perform blood collection and specimen processing for diagnostic purposes. Ensure patient comfort and safety during phlebotomy procedures. Maintain accurate patient records and label specimens correctly. Adhere to all healthcare regulations concerning blood-borne pathogens. Manage inventory of phlebotomy supplies and maintain equipment. Communicate effectively with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care. Proficient in various phlebotomy techniques Excellent communication skills Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy Ability to work comfortably with diverse populations Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Certified Phlebotomy Technician (CPT) Basic Life Support (BLS) certification preferred
