Green Hills Center for Rehabilitation seeks a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team. As an LPN at Green Hills, you will be integral in providing high-quality, personalized care and rehabilitating services tailored to our diverse patient population. You will be directly involved in the execution of therapeutic programs and the application of personalized care plans designed to aid in patients' physical and emotional recovery. Administer nursing care to ill, injured, or disabled patients Monitor patient health and document nursing care activities Assist in the execution of patient treatment plans Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members delivering patient care Educate patients and their families on health maintenance and disease prevention Ensure compliance with all safety and work regulations and practices Strong interpersonal and communication skills Proficiency in managing multiple tasks Knowledge of healthcare safety protocols Competence in delivering nursing services as per established guidelines Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Current LPN license CPR certified
