Williamson Health and Wellness Center, a pivotal healthcare

Scrub Tech to join our surgical team. Located in the heart of
Williamson, WV, we offer a role where you can directly enhance
patient care and support surgical procedures through your expert
knowledge and skills. This position demands a meticulous and
diligent individual passionate about maintaining a sterilized
environment and contributing effectively to our innovative surgical
processes. Prepare the operating room by setting up surgical
instruments and equipment, sterile drapes, and sterile solutions.
Ensure all necessary equipment is functioning properly and ready
for surgery. Assist surgeons during operations by passing
instruments and other sterile supplies. Maintain a clean and safe
surgical environment by adhering to infection-control policies and
protocols. Conduct counts of sponges, needles, and instruments to
ensure removal from the surgical site. Sterilize equipment and
instruments following each surgery. Strong knowledge of surgical
procedures and medical terminology High level of dexterity and
hand-eye coordination Excellent attention to detail Capability to
work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment Ability
to respond quickly and accurately to instructions from a surgeon
