Williamson Health and Wellness Center is seeking a dedicated Medical Imaging Tech/XRay to join our innovative healthcare team. Located in Williamson, WV, our center is committed to providing leading-edge healthcare solutions to our community. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing diagnostic imaging procedures according to departmental protocols, safety standards, and patient care considerations. The role includes patient positioning, x-ray exposure, image processing, and maintaining equipment. Perform diagnostic imaging procedures according to department protocols and safety standards. Maintain high standards of patient care throughout imaging processes. Ensure operation of imaging equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements, following manufacturer's instructions, and troubleshooting malfunctions. Keep records of imaging procedures, outcomes, and maintenance. Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare team members to evaluate imaging results. Adhere to radiation safety measures to protect patients and staff. Proficiency in diagnostic imaging and radiography Strong ability to communicate and cooperate with a diverse team Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills Capability to manage sensitive information confidentially Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Certified Radiologic Technologist (CRT) Valid state license to practice radiographic technology Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification
