Your analytical skills and attention to detail will ensure the accuracy of test results, contributing directly to patient care and wellness outcomes in Williamson. Conducting and analyzing complex chemical, biological, hematological, immunologic, microscopic, and bacteriological tests Preparing specimens and operating automated analyzers Ensuring the laboratory complies with regulatory requirements Collaborating with healthcare professionals to interpret results and discuss clinical procedures Maintaining and calibrating laboratory equipment Participating in quality control and quality improvement initiatives Ability to operate complex laboratory equipment Proficient in data analysis and interpretation Strong attention to detail Excellent communication and collaboration skills Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Certification as a Medical Laboratory Scientist (MLS) or Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT) by the ASCP or equivalent Valid state licensure as required
