Job Description:
TriStar Centennial Medical Center is seeking a dedicated Quality
Nurse Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in
maintaining our commitment to excellence in healthcare by
overseeing the quality improvement initiatives within our facility.
The Quality Nurse Coordinator will work closely with healthcare
professionals to ensure that high standards of care are met
consistently and comply with national healthcare regulations. The
coordinator will also play a key role in patient safety and the
continuous education of our nursing staff, making this an ideal
position for those who take pride in making a real difference in
the lives of patients and their families. Develop and implement
quality improvement programs throughout the hospital. Monitor
compliance with healthcare regulations and standards. Collaborate
with hospital staff to review policies and procedures. Lead
training and educational programs for staff on quality practices
and regulations. Analyze patient care data to identify areas for
improvement and report findings to management. Participate in
multidisciplinary teams to review and resolve quality assurance
issues. Maintain documentation of compliance activities and
improvement measures. Strong understanding of healthcare
regulations and accreditation Proficiency in data analysis and
performance metrics Excellent communication and interpersonal
skills Ability to lead and educate other healthcare providers Solid
organizational and problem-solving skills Medical Insurance Dental

Nurse (RN) license Certification in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ)
