care for all patients. As a PICU Nurse, you will play a vital role
in managing critical care situations for pediatric patients,
working in a dynamic environment that promotes professional growth
and development. Provide critical care and monitoring to pediatric
patients in the PICU. Assess patients' conditions and implement
appropriate medical interventions. Collaborate with a
multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Educate patients' families on treatment plans and home care
procedures. Maintain accurate patient records and adhere to
healthcare regulations. Strong clinical skills in a critical care
environment Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in high-pressure situations Critical
thinking and problem-solving skills Proficiency in using medical
software and patient management systems Medical Insurance Dental
Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Valid Registered
Nurse (RN) license Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS)
certification Certified Pediatric Nurse (CPN) credential is
preferred
