Job Description:
Encompass Health is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join
our team of healthcare professionals in providing excellent
post-acute rehabilitation services. In this role, you will
collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support patient
recovery and enhance outcomes. Our facility focuses on delivering
patient-centric care, tailoring treatments to individual needs for
optimal recovery. This position offers a unique opportunity to work
in a supportive environment that prioritizes patient welfare and
staff development. Assess patient health problems and needs,
develop and implement nursing care plans, and maintain medical
records. Administer nursing care to ill, injured, convalescent, or
disabled patients. Advise patients on health maintenance and
disease prevention or provide case management. Monitor, record, and
report symptoms or changes in patients' conditions. Maintain a safe
and clean working environment in compliance with healthcare
procedures and regulations. Collaborate with a team of healthcare
professionals to share expertise and knowledge. Handle patient
emergencies and provide necessary immediate care. Strong clinical
skills with a focus on patient care and recovery Excellent
communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively
both independently and as part of a team Expertise in creating and
following care plans Skilled in using medical software for patient
management Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k
Valid state Registered Nurse (RN) license Basic Life Support (BLS)
Certification Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS)
