Job Description:
Job Description Job Description Responsible for the accurate and
timely completion of all MDS assessments in compliance with CMS and
state regulations. Ensures proper resident classification,
reimbursement accuracy, and supports care planning and survey
readiness. Duties Complete OBRA and PPS MDS assessments Manage
assessment schedules and ARDs Ensure accurate coding of diagnoses,
ADLs, and Section GG Coordinate with nursing, therapy, and billing
Maintain audit-ready MDS records Requirements RN or LPN MDS
experience preferred Knowledge of RAI Manual, PDPM, and
Medicaid/Medicare rules PCC or similar EMR experience preferred
