facility policies and legal requirements. Collaborate with
physicians, specialists, and correctional staff to ensure
comprehensive care. Respond to medical emergencies with competence
and calm. Educate patients on disease prevention and healthy
lifestyle choices. Strong clinical skills in a healthcare setting
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work
under pressure in emergency situations Proficiency in managing
multiple cases simultaneously Knowledge of correctional system
regulations is a plus Valid LPN license in the state of employment
Current CPR/BLS certification ACLS certification preferred
