Job Description:
Ascension is seeking a highly skilled Lead Multimodality
Technologist to join our dedicated healthcare team. Located within
a faith-based and innovative healthcare network, this critical
position will offer a chance to lead and inspire a team of
technologists in providing top-tier imaging services. The
successful candidate will be instrumental in helping us continue
our mission of delivering personalized and compassionate care while
utilizing state-of-the-art technology to improve patient outcomes.
Supervise and manage the daily operations of diagnostic imaging
services across multiple modalities including but not limited to
MRI, CT, and X-ray. Ensure high standards of care and compliance
with all regulatory, accreditation, and internal standards. Train
and mentor staff on the latest imaging techniques and best
practices in patient care. Schedule staff shifts and manage
resources effectively to ensure coverage and optimal use of
equipment. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to
streamline processes and enhance interdisciplinary care
coordination. Maintain accurate records of imaging studies while
ensuring confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA regulations.
Proficiency in operating diverse imaging equipment across various
modalities such as CT, MRI, and X-ray. Strong leadership skills
with the ability to motivate and lead a team. Excellent
communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with
patients, staff, and other healthcare professionals. Knowledge of
applicable regulations and standards affecting diagnostic imaging.
Capability to solve problems and make decisions under pressure.

401k Certification from the American Registry of Radiologic
Technologists (ARRT). Additional certification in more than one
modality preferred (e.g., MRI, CT). Current state licensure or
applicable credentialing.
