As a leader in providing comprehensive healthcare services including emergency care, cardiology, and oncology, we prioritize patient care and advanced medical treatment. The Lead Respiratory Therapist will oversee the Respiratory Therapy department, ensuring high standards of respiratory care are delivered to patients across all units. The ideal candidate will demonstrate extensive knowledge of respiratory therapies and treatments, as well as exemplary leadership and communication skills. Supervise and lead a team of respiratory therapists. Develop and implement respiratory care policies and procedures. Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and safety standards. Collaborate with healthcare teams to customize respiratory therapy treatments for patients. Train and mentor staff on new technologies and treatment techniques. Manage departmental staffing and budgeting. Perform advanced respiratory care procedures as needed.
